DAAD Helmut-Schmidt Masters Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance Programme for Developing Countries is a scholarship program by the German Academic Exchange Service.
This scholarship offers and intends to contribute positively to the support of good governance and civil society structures in selected participating countries.
Eligible or qualified applicants will be trained in fields like law, politics, administration and economics according to the principles of good governance. This is to prepare them in a praxis-oriented course for their professional life.

Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship program, applicants must;
° have knowledge of English (and German)
° be a graduate with a first university degree – Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
° not be considered if they have stayed in Germany for more than 15 months at the time of application
° be a person who wants to actively contribute to the social and economic development of their home countries.
